How to add a form?

To add a form, you must first create a form type that you want to add. Once you have added the form type, you can create a form in 2 ways:

- On a plan

- On a list

How to add a form on a map?

Go to the map where you want to position your form, then click on the icon  ,

the list of forms that you have integrated in the application will appear

Choose the form you want to position, and place it on your plan (as below).

How to add a form to a list?

just click on Forms in the left menu

Click on :  

Choose the form you want to add in Type

You can attach it to a lot, give it a description, position it on a plan, give it a priority, a state and a desired end date.

Then click Create.
