On a plan in the "annotations" section you can find a new button : "mesure".
Clic on it, trace point A to point B on the plan, then ajust the scale.
In order to do so, select the annotation and define the new scale. The latter will be saved for all your future mesures.
This annotation will appear on your plan (and will stay there, even on a new version).
